Manage your bookings with an easy to use, attractive and printable booking sheet.
Payment processing
Multiple payment records can be saved onto an invoice. All payment types (including vouchers if needed) can be used for these payments.
Invoice generation on bookings
The system allows the user to generate multiple invoices per booking, which can be allocated to individual clients, allowing multiple clients to have invoices on a single booking, making the invoicing of bookings as flexible as possible.

The system prints out the invoice statements for the client and user, and allows the user to automatically email the invoice to the client?s email address if so needed.

The system allows the user to keep track of all vital information of the visitor, such as the visitor?s birthday, visitor black listings etc, in order to help you provide an excellent personalized service to each of your visitors.

Built-in bulk emailing facilities
The system features an excellent bulk-emailing system, much like MS Outlook. You can use this feature to keep in touch with your visitors in a meaningful way and to ensure excellent customer care and retention.
Advertising cost tracking and analysis
The system allows the user to set up your advertising sources (e.g. a listings website or the newspaper etc) and then keep track of which bookings are generated from which source. You can also then keep track of all payments made to these advertising sources. The system will then allow you to do analysis on these sources so you can see which sources are working for you and which are not. This can be extremely helpful to streamline your costs.
Occupancy rate calculators
Calculate your occupancy rate between 2 dates based on your rooms or number of beds.
Events/Functions calendar and scheduling
This feature is a useful calendar allowing the user to manage all functions happening at their establishment. E.g. weddings, business conferences etc.
Visitors management
The system stores all your previous visitor?s information for you to use. You are able to print various reports on these visitors, including visitor booking history reports and visitor lists.

Our system also allow you to black list visitors and keep records on what offences they have committed. If a visitor is black listed and tries to make a booking with you again the system will bring up a warning, allowing you to view the previous grievances and allowing you to take the appropriate action from there.
Voucher sales and payments
The system allows you to sell vouchers to your clients as well as redeem vouchers as invoice payments.

Vouchers can be local vouchers generated by yourself, or vouchers accepted from elsewhere.

Bookings and payments by guests are made in real-time and are controlled and managed by the BookEasy system.

2. Establishment-controlled booking
Preliminary online bookings are made by the guests. These need to be approved by the establishment before being finalised.
