How to use Accommodation Bulk Emailer
A quick overview on how to setup and use the application
Setup
Run the installer from "setup.exe", choose your location for installation and then name on start -> programs menu.
Run the application, on the applications first load point it to its database which is located in the application installed folder under "Database". Once the application has connected to its database it will proceed to "setup", from setup you can add your default outgoing smtp mail settings.
Enter you smtp server address, if it requires a secure connection click the "this server requires a secure connection", enter your smtp servers port, username, password and then default from / senders address. All this information can be provided by your service provider, or found under your outlook account details.
Contact / Client ManagementYou can now begin adding your contacts by clicking on Clients -> Manage Clients menu option, from here you can simply click on the "+" button, then add the contacts Full Name and Email address (More contact information will be supported in the next version, send us a list of information you would like to see supported.).
Bulk Emailing
Click Email -> Email Clients from the menu, add your subject and attachments, select your recipients, type your message. To create personalized email messages you add email parameters to the email, to do so click the middle button at the top and select the parameter you wish to add. Once you are completed with your email message click send and monitor the sending status.
